Who I am
This website, fernandonucamendi.com, is run by Fernando Nucamendi, a real estate investor based in Washington State. When this policy says "I," "me," or "my," it means me. You can reach me at fernando@fernandonucamendi.com.
What I collect
Information you give me. When you fill out a form on this site, I collect what you type in:
- "Get an offer" form: your name, phone number, email (optional), property address, property type, timeline, why you're selling, and any notes.
- "Send a deal" form: your name, phone number, email (optional), whether you're an agent, wholesaler or owner, your company, the property address, type, asking price, a listing link, and any notes.
- "Never miss an update" sign-up: your first name and email address.
- Emails you send me: whatever you include in them.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the companies that host and deliver this site keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited, to keep the site running and secure. This site does not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
How I use it
- To reply to your message and talk with you about your property or deal.
- To review a property, make an offer, or decide whether it's a fit.
- To send you emails you signed up for, like updates, lessons, and new tools.
- To keep records of my conversations and deals.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
- When the law requires it.
Calls, texts and emails
If you send me a form, you agree that I may contact you by phone call, text message, or email about your property, your deal, or your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask me to stop calling or emailing at any time. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of selling to me or doing business with me.
If you join my email list, every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
Who I share it with
I don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I only share it:
- With service providers that help me run things, like my website host, my email provider, and my email-list tool. They may only use it to provide their service to me.
- With people who help me with my business, such as a team member following up on your property. They're expected to keep it confidential.
- When it's needed to complete a deal you're part of, such as with a title company, escrow, or lender.
- When the law requires it, or to protect my rights, your safety, or others' safety.
How long I keep it
I keep your information as long as it's useful for the reason you gave it to me, such as an ongoing conversation or a possible deal, or as long as the law requires. If you ask me to delete it, I will, unless I need to keep certain records for legal or tax reasons.
How I protect it
Your information is stored in private, password-protected systems that only I and the people helping me can access. The site uses a secure (https) connection. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Your choices
- Ask what information I have about you.
- Ask me to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

Children
This site is meant for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child sent me information, contact me and I'll delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to places like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I'm not responsible for how they handle your information.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
